Why Me?
I am the one who will be developing your website so when you ask a question, you won´t have to wait days for a reply. I am also an SEO Copywriter, which means that I can give you suggestions on how to improve your content for the search engines and tweak it for you. Oh, and if you happen to live in Spain, or need bi-lingual support with a Spanish website, you can get that right here.
You might be wondering why I am developing websites if I am a copywriter and translator. I like variety! Websites need a combination of skills which are usually farmed out to different departments or outsourced overseas, which might be efficient, but it is far less personal. Your website is important to you, which means it is important to me.
One thing I am not is a programmer. If you want a custom coded websites written from scratch let me know; I can recommend some very talented guys who can help you. If you want a stunning website, where you can plug-in a huge variety of different functions without spending thousands on programmers, then you are at the right place.
My customers are not forced to pay me to maintain their websites. I create them using content management systems they can update themselves. This includes moving the different elements around, changing colours etc. The website may have changed since I developed it and handed it over, whereas as the screenshots show you how the examples looked when they were finished.
If the thought of updating your website fills you with horror, if you find computers a necessary evil that suck the time right out of your day as you try to figure out what to do, don´t panic. I will give you a manual showing you step-by-step how to use it. Alternatively, we discuss arrangements for me to provide you with ongoing or ad hoc support.
How does it work?
I could write a big long list of very legalese terms that you would have to read - or ignore - but the terms and conditions are very simple.
- You send me an outline of what you need.
- I send you a quote clearly stating what is and is not included for that price and when I can start working on it.
- You accept and send me a 20% deposit which can be paid via credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.
- I set up your website and make any changes you ask (within the scope of the original agreement).
- Only when you agree the website is finished you pay the 80% balance.
